iamYiam supports happier and healthier life
After first seeing the iamYiam platform I was impressed because it was the first time I had seen the full person measure of health Including mental and physical health on top of diet and sleep too. After being diagnosed with cancer the support and supliments available have educated, supported and encouraged me to have a better lifestyle that is helping to proactively manage my cancer at the same time as becoming fitter, healthier and happier.
