Sent defective product and recived poor coustomre support, attempting a return.
I sent an e-mail to costumer service and received an e-mail saying they needed to verify it was defective before they could authorize a return (how he's going to do that through an e-mail I have no idea). Despite the fact it says otherwise on their web site. I never received any follow up. This is the second defective item I have gotten from these guys. If they promptly refund my money I would give them a better rating but at this point I am skeptical.

You are right to be unhappy. When a customer says a product is defective, we normally do and should always send a return mailer and replace it or give a refund. Please email me at [email protected] if we have not taken care of you and we'll set it right.

Swiss Outpost did a great job handling my orders
I have placed several orders with Swiss Outpost . Each order was handled very professionally . All the orders shipped on time as they had promised. I would buy from them again... There prices are really good and very competitive.

Great Swiss Alliance Watch and Customer Service
I am on my second Swiss Army Watch and I recommend purchasing from an Authorized Dealer since reading customer reviews elsewhere. My first Swiss Army watch is 8 yrs old and now my daughter wears it for work. I believe that these watches are high quality and are made for long lasting wear. After looking for another watch, I decided on buying the women's Alliance. The Swiss Outpost website was easy to navigate and the purchase arrived quick. The customer service rep. was helpful. I love my watch !
