Swimsuits For AllReviews of swimsuitsforall.com

This company is the worst. I am in Canada, they say they ship to Canada, but I cannot find one swimsuit that they will send to me. Plus, a sweater for $70 US should be around $89 CDN at todays rate, they tried to charge me $107, plus shipping, plus taxes, plus I'd have to pay duty when it gets into the country. Also, no promo codes work for me here, even though they are advertised. It's disgusting to treat people this way. No other US site I've even been on does this. How they keep customers is beyond me, but on saying all that reading the reviews here, I think I should be glad they won't ship!

Awful customer service. The catalog is nothing but a bait and switch racket; prices are not the same as quoted in the catalog I just got 2 days ago and they were no help.

I ordered took weeks longer to arrive than promised on their website. The sweater is the wrong print and extremely cheap.. I have sent several emails requesting a refund and got no response from tehm at all !!!i went online and did research about this company and i found this help which is i contacted the customer service The return was easy to do and no problem receiving my refundTHREE14**3018168

LIVID doesn't begin to explain what I feel right now... DO NOT ORDER FROM SWIMSUITS FOR ALL. My past two orders I've received incorrect items, and instead of making the situation right, both times I've had to go out of my way to get my correct item. Absolutely absurd! I just can't even. Their customer service is completely unacceptable. Please share with any of your friends who are curvy or need supportive swimsuits to not use Swimsuits for all or any other of their brands. Side note: I have found other swimsuit brands I like (such as Bare Necessities) but had to use a gift card from previous purchases. #swimsuitsforall #boycott #donotbuy #worstcustomerservice

So disappointed in this company. I purchased 2 suits - loved them but to big. So I had to return to exchange - no real exchange process. Took forever to get my store credit and suit went way up in price. They didn’t care - that’s how the handle exchanges. Customer service spoke no English and were NO help!

Customer service is horrible! Will never order from them again. Did a return got a gift card, could not figure out how to add to my order. Called today Val said the only thing they could do was credut my credit card for $26, minus $9. Unacceptable! Val said she didn't have a supervisor, then said a supervisor could not help me, then said supervisor not accepting calls. I'm done with Swimsuits for all

They shipped me 2 turtlenecks instead of my swimsuit order. They were going to charge me again so I could get what I ordered and then call it an exchange of my order.. They were not helpful at all getting me what I ordered. I will not be ordering again.. They didn't care if they got a bad review. Sadly B Burton probably got my order as that was the name on the turtlenecks.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Swimsuits for All. I ordered a MAGENTA (hot pink) tankini in August. When I received my order they sent BLACK! I called Customer Service immediately and they emailed me a return label. I brought the item in its original package with the shipping label to my local Mail Copy Store on August 27, 2021 at 6:32pm. The cost of the item was $50.85. They refunded me $10.81 and I have been waiting for the other $40.04. I filed a dispute with my Credit Card company and was told SFA did not receive my returned item. I went back to my local Mail Copy store where I mailed it from (fortunately I made a copy of the label so I had the tracking number) They tracked the item for me and I found out that the package went through my local post office and arrived at the Coppell, TX Distribution Center on Sept 1, 2021 at 12:20pm It was then "tendered to the Returns Agent". I called the Distribution Center and asked what that means. I was told that the company (SFA) hires a private company to pick up items at distribution center. I have chatted 3 times with Swimsuits for All reps, Samantha, Christopher and Amanda. They were not helpful at all. I was told to call "collections". I asked them why "collections" you have my money already. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and when I spoke with Patsy, she had no clue!!! When I told her the package was last seen at distribution center in Coppell, Tx her response was, " we are not located in Coppell, TX, we are in Kentucky!!!! I tried to explain to her but she still didn't get it. I told her it was their job, not mine, to track the package since it was their label that I was sent. This company is a joke. I called again and spoke to another agent who said she was located in the Philippines and I could barely understand her. I asked her where the company was based and she didn't even know that. This company is a joke and I don't know how they have remained in business since 2005. They obviously don't care about good Customer Service. Maybe if we all write to the Pres and VP, they will wake up and properly train their employees. Pres.
