SweepJungleReviews of sweepjungle.com

Great customer service. Very fast verification process. Quick redemptions. Sometimes it does take a long time for games to trigger the game features, such as bonus rounds or free spins. However, still of my favorite social game sites.

Quick redemption process

Love to play and winnings are great. Quick cashout process only downfall is you can only cash out once a day

I had to redo this one! Customer service is top notch here that can’t go unsaid! The deceitfulness of this site is also top notch! About a month ago I hit a max win of 10k on the snoop dog slot and then just ending up having a great run and ran it up to 19k only to be advised of redemption limits. Why would a casino let you win more than you can pull out? They get you nice and cozy with the first redemption once verified of course but then alllll the hiccups happen coincidently when you go to redeem more, extra checks for this or that, which does NOT happen on a good reputable sweeps casino! Harvey, part of the VIP team has the most patience I swear he hooked me up with free play when he could but after not being able to redeem even a portion of 19k I was stalled out like many others from what I can tell on here. Now if youre a higher tier your priority which I understand to an extent but every player should be treated fairly and a win is a win and should be honored as such but the stalling is what this site is good at because it knows majority of us can’t just sit there with 19k balance and 3k in redemptions that took over 72 hours to never receive. Sweeps casino as a whole have now been ruined for me, to hit a max win and then be told I’m the problem is crazy. I checked in everyday on redemptions just to be told this is normal everything is going as it should, ya maybe on their end. Meanwhile I’m the fool and out so much damn money it’s not even funny. Stay away from these newer sites go to the bigger names with the instant payouts and where limits and terms and conditions are clear! I know I sound like a sore loser and I am! 19k biggest balance I’ve ever accumulated all to be thrown away because of tactics used by shitty businesses like sweep jungle! If you got a big bank roll and can afford to be a tier 7 or better you probably don’t have the problems I do, I made it to level 6 spending money almost every day here and was treated like trash as far as being compensated to what should have rightfully been mine. As of right now my account is suspended waiting for a vip rep to reach out so I can finally just close my account with sweep jungle and move on with my broke self! 19k is a huge amount to be ripped off and I’m honestly on board with banning this sites and just go gamble the good ole fashioned way at least then your paid on the spot. Don’t become a victim of this jungle! I hope this reviews saves some people before the jump in

This is definitely in my top 3 online casinos. They have great rewards and the payouts are faster than anyone I’ve used. Very good customer service and very loose slots compared to the other platforms. 10/10

My favorite site so far. Good RTP, fast payout, and nice/speedy customer service reps.

Good game selection. Redemptions are usually fairly quick within 24hrs. Customer service has responded quick when needed. Recently joined their VIP club and it’s been wonderful. Free SC and free spins weekly sometimes multiple times a week.

easy cash out and great customer service when needed
