Worst Casino ever. I have been waiting for my redemption for two weeks now. Customer service is a joke. They put in multiple “tickets” to help resolve my redemption issue, but they stopped responding to my messages over a week ago. Avoid this online social casino.

I submitted a redemption request for $143.55 on 8/31/2026, which the site confirmed as successfully processed. Shortly after, my account was locked with no explanation. I sent a written demand for the redemption and an explanation for the lock through their support inbox on 9/4/2026, and a follow-up on 9/8/2026. Both received only an automated Intercom acknowledgment - no human response, no redemption, and no unlock. As of this review it has been over two weeks with zero communication about a completed, confirmed redemption while my account remains locked. This is not how a legitimate sweepstakes platform should handle a processed payout.

Honestly, I dont understand all the negative reviews.... Sweepbetz has been a great experience so far! They give great packages, when I had a question and needed support I was connected to a real agent in under a minute, and to top off my experience....... I HAD MY REDEMPTION IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES! I got Sign up bonus and my wife did as well we both spent $60 and got $120 We never won two bonuses on one game, they were mostly 5$ bonus games on games that usually average around $25 The RTP is the worst I’ve seen before. You don’t have to worry about them not giving you your redemption because you will never get one. I will Never play again, stick to any other casino but this one.

We understand that losing isn’t enjoyable, but expecting every $60 purchase to result in a profitable redemption simply isn’t how casino-style games work. RTP represents expected performance over a very large number of plays, not a guarantee that every individual session, bonus round, or player will receive a certain return. A $5 bonus win, a $25 bonus win, or even a session with no significant wins does not establish that a game’s RTP is inaccurate. The RTP of the games offered on SweepBetz is independently audited and verified by third parties and established gaming providers, including Hacksaw Gaming, Onlyplay, BOLDplay, Evolution, 3 Oaks Gaming, and others. SweepBetz does not determine or alter the outcome or RTP of individual game sessions. The statement that players “will never get” a redemption is also simply incorrect. SweepBetz has successfully processed millions of SC in player pay outs. We’re sorry your particular session didn’t produce the outcome you wanted, but an unfavorable result is not evidence that redemptions aren’t being paid or that the stated RTP is somehow invalid.

This site is absolute trash. I spun at least 200 times before I got my first bonus, and they raved about their hi rtp for bonuses so I was pretty excited. I won .50 cents during my bonus, less than my original bet lol DON'T PLAY HERE

This site is a complete hoax. I believe these reviews are fake and are not truthful experiences. First time playing here and will be the LAST time playing here. The RTP is EXTREMELY low so you can spin $30+ on a game which I’ve did on SEVERAL games and received less than $5 in the bonus rounds which tells me the RTP IS EXTREMELY low. This site does not want you to win, I don’t recommend anyone to play here. Also, the welcome bonus have to be played through 5x’s which can be almost impossible. I’ll be closing my account after this review. Please people, save your money this is not the one.
