Interesting products. Excellent service. One item would not recharge. Turns out the charging cable's connector is thin and it needs to be inserted into the item carefully. They sent a replacement quickly.

Great products and and even better support team! I bought an iker neo from them which was amazing but when I started having issues with my unit being defective I contacted support and was very quickly sent a free replacement with no hassle!

My initial purchase did not work and I wrote to the company asking for a refund. They were unable to refund my purchase because it was done through a retailer, but they replaced the item for another model. The communication was very responsive, I did not have to wait long for a reply or eventually a replacement. I honestly was really surprised by the level of customer service. I was really expecting the initial purchase to just be a loss. But they shipped me a completely new model.
