Amazing experience

Overall it was a good experience

Easy to use and worked perfectly for our event. I was delighted how easy it was to work and how flexible it was to be able to customize for our use.

We took a chance on SurveySparrow because our budgets were rather tight. And, I am glad we took this chance and discovered something excellent. The platform is easy to use. A whole range of questions types. Everything we wanted was there. The results processing is instant. Is everything perfect? No. There are a couple areas of improvement. 1. Support needs to speed up. While the team is knowledgeable, the speed of responses is slow. 2. Setting customized themes for survey was a challenge since we do not know CSS. The platform needs to make this more simpler especially for people like us who do not know CSS. It needs to be simple like LinkedIn or Facebook or Twitter - which asks us to upload images in a certain size and we are done. Other than the above two, it is 5 stars for SurveySparrow all the way.

Though i faced some technical lag, it provides me what i need with ease in terms of Survey.

This was used for the internal & external surveys to gather informations. The tool is comprehensive & help to collect data in the customised ways possible.

Amazon is the one place I order my stuff online because ik I can trust it and the customer service is excellent will definitely be buying more products in the future
