I had a great time with my coworkers at one of the cooking classes. The employees are very supportive and nice and the atmosphere very friendly.

Thank you to Ruben for helping me use my SurLaTable Perks for my cooking class. The 4 is because SLT makes us have to take the extra step to call in. 5* to Ruben for being patient and taking care of the problem and applying my perks.

The customer service I received from Christopher was excellent! I had a gift card that was unable to use as the system could not match the card to its associated PIN. Chris was a pleasure to work with, was calm, polite, gracious and apologized many times for the inconvenience that I experienced with the card. He was able to resolve the issue quickly, I would not hesitate to call their customer service in the future!

I called customer service regarding an in-store class. Both customer service representatives whom I spoke with (Argelia and Heidi) were very pleasant and helpful. They resolved the issue immediately. Thank you Argelia and Heidi. Also thank you to the store staff and to the instructor. We had a great experience and enjoyed the treats we made in class.

Excellent customer service from Heidi. For some reason, the website wouldn't allow me to set up an account and I didn't want to lose everything in my cart by moving to a different browser, so I called customer service and Heidi was happy to set it up for me and tell me all about the Perks program. Excellent customer service makes my day!

Daemon was very helpful regrading my cooking class issue. I have stitches in my hand and I was not sure I could still attend. I will have a dressing on and a glove
