I needed to cancel a cooking class I was registered for and Maria was super kind and helpful. I have absolutely loved all of the cooking classes that I have taken here, so I was bummed I had to cancel it.

I booked a Date Night cooking class for the Domain in Austin, Texas, but my confirmation listed a class for Houston. I immediately called customer service and Abel was able to cancel my original reservation and get me booked at the correct location in less than 10 minutes!!!

Somehow, I registered for the wrong location of my Thai Class, which probably isn't clear when you buy it. But, I manage to call Adrian, an agent ,and had a good response of reversing everything. Now I am looking forward to a wonderful experience in the cooking class.

My experience with Christopher was fantastic. I messed up my cooking class date and he was able cancel and refund the wrong date. He then scheduled the proper date and was able to keep my special discount code. Thanks again for all your help!!
