Thank you to the customer service team who were able to refund my $$ unfortunately due to my partner getting sick before the event. We will definitely reschedule for the next NYC Steakhouse datenight

My package was lost and Angela pleasantly and quickly got approval to fully refund my purchase. I’m looking forward to re-purchasing the SMEG coffee pot. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a polite and helpful CS representative like Angela!😊 This is why I’m a loyal Sur la Table customer.
