Christopher was most helpful in getting the products and applying the perk I had received. I enjoy shopping at Sur la Table and have for 50 years. Virtual shopping is enabled in this century and Chris has made my experience today courteous and complete. I look forward to picking up the purchases later today.

I had a giftcard where the pin# was not working. I called and worked with Christopher. He resolved the issue in a very patient and knowledgeable way. I came away confident that my order is on it's way, thanks to Christopher. Thank you!

I ordered a Nova Deruta dinnerware set. Two of the mugs were chipped. I sent in a support request. Deamon was very helpful and got replacements out very quickly. Thank you!

I contacted customer service to inform them that one of the coffee mugs in the place setting I recently received was chipped. Christopher, the customer service rep was very helpful and accommodating. He arranged for a replacement mug to be shipped immediately. Thanks for your prompt and courteous response.

I ordered a marble pastry dough slab and the Villa platter. Items arrived in a very timely manner! Love the marble slab to knead bread dough on. Love the platter but was broken during shipping. I made photos, contacted customer service. They replied within 24 hours and have a replacement in the mail to me! The representative that replied to my request is Christopher! I love doing business with Sur La Table. Have been ordering from them for many years!
