JJ responded and addressed my concerns in a professional and satisfactory manner immediately! Thanks so much!

I ordered an item from Supply Center and my credit card was immediately deducted for the amount of $50.16. Normally a company will not deduct the payment until the item ships. I never received the item so I canceled the order. Supply Center has not credited my card for the $50.16 and has not responded to my inquiries regarding same. BEWARE before ordering anything from Supply Center USA

Research into my problem, a detailed explanation and really quick refund.

I waited a whole month before asking about my order. Then was told that an item is not available, so I'm getting a refund. While I appreciate the refund, why didn't Supply Center contact me sooner?? Yhis is my First time attempting to order from them.

Easy way to shop. Hard to find this product and you guys had it....thanks

TT replied quickly and gave me the info I needed and the refund- Not his fault that the product has been out of stock for so long. Thanks

Item was never shipped. Company never replied to emails. Stole my money!
