Customer support processed an order cancellation and refund very quickly for an item that was out of stock from the manufacturer.

Not sure about the company, which should have ascertained that the product wasn't available and the manufacturer didn't know when/whether it would have inventory, but JJ took the sort of initiative characteristic of a first-rate employee, looked into the issue, and confirmed that Supply Center wouldn't be able to fulfill my order in a reasonable time.

JJ was able to find out the delay with my order and quickly initiate a refund, which was greatly appreciated and no hassle. I wish Supply Center USA had better communication with me and had followed up with the long delay in my order being fulfilled (29 days) instead of the customer having to reach out and find out the reason for no shipment.

My husband loves this brand of soy protein and I was happy to find it at a reasonable price. It has been unavailable from the other stores we usually purchase it from.

refund and cancellation reply same day. Product not coming to shelves from MFG. Hopefully credit will come soon.
