Great customer service
Unfortunately the product I ordered never shipped. After 30+ days, I decided to reach out to customer service to check on it. Thankfully I got an immediate response. The response was apologetic & extremely thorough, which I really appreciated! It was an issue with the manufacturer & they issued my refund immediately. I am thankful for how this problem was handled & I do plan to check back in a couple months to see if the product is back in production.
