It was quick and easy.

The person that helped me with my delayed order was quick to respond and courteous. So I am giving that person 5 stars. Not the order/product itself since I didn't receive due to being out of stock.

I ordered some Lavendar Paste on March 29 and had not received or heard anything about my order by April 27 so thought I should send an email about status. Unfortunately they were unable to fulfill my order but JJ responded within a few hours and promptly submitted a refund for the product as well as the shipping and handling.

This product is the best for curly and wavy hair.

As sorry as I was that it turned out the supplements weren't available, upon request I quickly received a response and a total refund to my card. I appreciate that efficient service very much. Thank you.
