I pre-booked my ride. The booking process was very easy. I received instruction on the day of of service via text. I received a phone call after my flight landed was told the car number. The driver was prompt and courteous.

We always use Supershuttle when we travel out of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Their employees are excellent! They're always on time and provide us with the vehicle we need for two passengers and eight pieces of luggage. Their online reservation process, coordination and communication are seamless.

If I want to insure a ride to the airport, I reach out to these folks. Today it was was my daughter’s wedding. The prior pickup was on Xmas Day at 3:30 AM, while it was snowing, (after Delta canceled my Xmas Eve flight without notifying me), I nevertheless had a great experience, thanks to SuperShuttle. If you must get there, these folks are the people you can count on.

Our driver, Jose, was very nice and professional. He is also an excellent driver. We enjoyed talking to him on the ride to the airport. I would definitely use this shuttle service again.
