Not a scam, great customer service
I would like to take this opportunity to thank super pill for picking up the ball when it was dropped by UPS. Most of it to Peter J. The rep that handles concerns/complaints. My package never arrived, so I thought I was scammed. With everything going on in America I thought I was screwed. But Peter kept in contact with me and rectify the situation. My hat's off to the company and Peter for taking the time to listen. Jamie

Thank you Jamie. To be fair, it is the US post office that is having delays, not UPS. But, thank you for remaining in contact with us, and we're happy to help any way we can. And we trust the USPS to be back to normal in 2021.

Super easy
Super pill is super easy and convenient! My doc was easy to reach and responded to all my concerns before helping me choose the right meds! Why can’t everything be this simple?
