Web site difficult to complete dob had…
Web site difficult to complete dob had to do multiple times, never received the product ordered, completed and answer all questions multiple times. I need to receive a refund since I never received product or follow up emails.

Navigating the site was difficult
Navigating the site was difficult. If I wanted to go back and retrieve the discount code I had to start all over. I went back to change mg dosage and had to work through majority of sign in. I was asked to download a picture of my ID with no link to download picture of ID. Then when I tried to email picture of ID I got an invalid address message. At same time got text saying my order is complete. We’ll see.
