some confusion
Got a quote very fast after contact. Picked from the list. Communication was a bit rugged and response was slow. No follow up when the unit ordered did not arrive and could not get a hold of anyone. Weeks passed and no product. I was finally told computer would be ready after Thanksgiving, finally got the system late December. This has caused us a system delivery in 2016, forcing us to ship late. Have to remove wrong order entry items. For a potential order of 40 systems I would think the company would pay more attention.

I appreciate your specific feedback. I have put steps in place to improve communication when a delayed part will change the estimated delivery date. Very small correction needed
All went very well with the purchase and the product itself. On a shipping notice, this appeared "Please note the TRACKING NUMBER IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BODY TEXT OF THE INVOICE FOR YOUR REFERENCE." It wasn't. Small point but since I like to schedule my work, not knowing when it would arrive was noticed. If that had been there, this would have been a five star review.

Finding the best place to put tracking information has always been important to us so that our customers could track their inbound packages. Your tracking number should appear on your current paperwork on your shipping line: Ship:Shipping, then the tracking number (in your case it is the number that ends in ...669), then the amount of shipping (in your case $12.06). We apologize that the instructions were not clearer, we thank you again for your order and look forward to working with you next again time.

Knowledgeable, attentive, professional.
Great pre-sales advice, and sales service. Personable, knowledgeable staff that are keen to help, and actually like what they do. It's not about the gear (one can buy this stuff almost anywhere) - the value is in the service. Very satisfied with SuperLogics' equipment and their service.

Beautiful hardware and timely build/delivery.
The website would benefit form a modern twist though the sheer complexity of choosing every PC component left me pretty forgiving. Besides, the item I couldn't figure out how to configure was followed by a same-day call and delivered to my exacting specifications. Elated to have found SuperLogics!
