For an old guy, the website and ordering process was surprisingly easy. I received my order in timely fashion and I am very pleased with the experience.

I paid for a subscription and originally I was very satisfied with the product and price. After realizing I did not need that quantity, I tried to cancel the subscription so I could order when needed. This is the problem, I have not been able to get them to stop shipping and charging me. I created an account and tried to cancel. I emailed customer service, and have now placed a call to try and stop the subscription. Do not do subscriptions!
