Amazing product that does everything you need it to. This is the only company that has legitimate 3rd party clinical data proving the benefits you'll receive. For someone who has chronic knee pain after multiple surgeries, that was very important to me. The customer service and sales process is top notch. Thank you for making the buying experience a breeze and answering all my questions.

I can say with absolute certainty that Sunlighten’s service is top notch. I asked so many questions and changed my mind several times leading up to my initial sauna purchase and then again after! Each time I was treated so professionally and politely that I walked away very impressed. After the purchase, I had a small issue with one of the red light panels in the sauna. I was pleasantly surprised to see the same professional, service commitment post sale. This company is definitely serious about their brand and understand/value their customers! The mPulse Discover sauna I purchased is beautiful! My only complaints are the fact that the double glass door on the sauna allow lots of cool air into the sauna which creates a cool zone below the knee…. For me this is serious because the sauna is outside and lower ambient temps are going to be a real challenge as it gets colder, even in a relatively warm state like Texas. In hindsight, I would have purchased the largest model with only one door to mitigate this issue. Regardless, I’m still a happy customer and feel good about this purchase given the impeccable build quality and great service!

This is an actual text I sent Deanna, my Sunlighten sales rep, who was BEYOND AMAZING…cannot stress this enough…seriously…in a world that doesn’t even understand what customer service means anymore, this person deserves every award out there! She got a huge problem fixed double quick! I also want to give a shout-out to the whole Sunlighten team that are apparently just as amazing, but Deanna will always be my favorite! Here is my actual text: My husband doesn't listen very well...when I say, hey, I got this sorted...I guess he already had a call in and was waiting for a call back when he told me what had happened. I told him to let me handle it from here, as you have always been wonderful to help me with anything that I needed. I sent him the email with the service number on it, etc. I guess he got a call back afterwards and couldn't help himself. I am so sorry...I told him to slow his roll that you had it all under control. The positive from all of this is he got to see what I already knew. We made a great decision on buying our sauna from Sunlighten. You are amazing and apparently he got someone that helped him immensely as well. So, thank you all so, so much! In this day and age it is a rarity to have such wonderful customer service! We thank you and will sing your praises! I appreciate you so much! Thank you, Deanna!

I've had my Sunlight Sauna for years but felt I needed something special. After getting treatments from the Sunlight SPA, I noticed the cushion in the sauna seat. It was a nice add on to the experience. I had to have a cushion with the cushion cover. How wonderful. Thanks Sunlight.

Sauna was easy to put together with 2 ppl. However, the door has not been able to seal properly even after watching all the videos. We have a quarter inch gap which causes alot of heat loss. Personally, I would go back and research other companies especially the door sealing. UPDATE: company contacted us after the review and sent videos on adjusting the door. After several tries, we were able get the door to seal. In addition, the sent out a new weather strip which had to be replaced. Customer service was definitely 5 stars with emails and phone calls. My only advice for installing the door, make sure you review the videos and ask questions if you have a problem.. highly recommend the product.. thank you sunlighten...

Great service. Great product. I was a tad nervous about buying online, having had a bad experience with a sauna company prior, but this company kept on assuring me that they and my sauna were legit. I must admit that I did test their patience but that always responded with assurance that all would be good. It is better than good… it is great! The sauna arrived professionally wrapped, and well marked. Easy assembly and we were in our sauna within two hours.
