The food ingredients are great. I looked at every ingredient there. We also looled at many different brands that offer humane grade dog food and chose this one. I like that it does not have fillers. My dog is excited anticipating the meal. Doesnt require any preparation. Love it. Hope she will continue to enjoy it. The shipping was fast.

Major logistical mess up with delayed order then option to change formulas to get the food faster. I will give customer service credit for responding to my notes, but only after having to send multiple emails. Unfortunately the food made my dogs incredibly sick with diarrhea. Incredibly. Started with a 1/4 portion mixed with their regular food to start the transition and the effects were almost immediate. Threw two full bags away as a result. Was scared to even donate them to a shelter thinking they were perhaps contaminated. Moved on to another brand.

It's convenient, healthy, and Mazie loves it. I went from cooking all fresh food and vegetables. Which was really time consuming. Running to the store all the time to keep her eating fresh. It still didn't have everything she needed in it. Plus it made it hard to travel for any length of time. Traveling either with storage containers, ice packs or planning for a sitter to feed her and make more if needed. This makes everything even travel sooo much easier and convenient.

My dogs were picky eaters and would take forever to eat. With there new Sundays dog food, they never hesitate to eat. We purchase both the turkey and beef and they love them both.

Product is great. Shipping is terrible. First autoship I got the wrong protein, second autoship I have 4 emails with the correct order, was charged for that amount yet received 1 bag not 2. If you are marketing and charging for a premium product you can’t drop the ball on service! I hope the quality control of the food is better than that of shipping, makes me wonder

I needed to change my order to more often, and I was greeted by the funnest person to help me with that. Seriously she had the cutest personality and I would’ve loved to have gone to lunch with her lol she took the time to review my orders and helped me get the right schedule. My dogs are the world to me, and I finally decided to feed them the best.

I wanted to try your food out for a while; we have two dogs (brothers) Fynn and Colin Carrien Terriers and just bought enough for one dog, they are small, and one bag is perfect. They both love it have feeding it for about 9 months.
