It was okay for a few days, but then one dog started throwing it up undigested and then a few days later another one. Of course it was past their meager 14 day window to return it. You are supposed to transition and that takes time so by the time you know it doesn't agree with your dog it is too late. Two of mine don't digest it. One is fine with it. The pieces are like jerky and I think it was just too hard to digest.

My dog has a sensitive gut and I was wanting to try and non fresh option. She had very very bad acid reflux w this food. They do not have a good costumer service and do not stand by their product w refunds for clients that are not satisfied. Very expensive product for such poor policies. Farmers dog has by far the best customer service of any food services I have tried and for a better price. I'd recommend them over sundays for dogs anyday.

The food quality is fantastic but the customer service is awful. The phone number that you text for Customer Service has no response and the emails have no response so if there is a problem with your order or God forbid your animal dies, there’s nothing you can do. There has to be another option out there for this quality of a Dog Food, but not from such a poor quality Customer Service.

My 4 year old mixed breed is the pickiest eater! I’ve tried at least 6 different types of very expensive dog food and he’d leave it all day and refuse to eat it. Sundays for Dogs is the first food he actually gobbles up as soon as it’s in his dish!

I sent multiple texts and email to Sundays for dogs because of the delay shipment and I haven't received any reply after 3 days. I canceled the subscription and the ongoing order, which requires customers to send a mail to customer service team, still no one replies. I will file a dispute to credit card company and also a complaint to BBB. I haven't and I do not want any shipment from you anymore. Worst product and customer service in the world. you have time to reply the reviews here, doing your PR, but don't even care any emails or texts from your customers????

I’ll keep this as condensed as possible. Sign up for 50 percent off price for trial. I immediately received a second bag. After two feedings to my dog he became violently sick, throwing up and diarrhea. Took him to vet, checked out perfectly and was told it was some thing he ate. The visit cost me 300.00 for vet. Never fed it to him again! I contacted this company and was told NO REFUNDS. I explained everything but no refund, partial refund…nothing, even after I said I would return the products on my dime. ABSOLUTELY DISGUISED WITH SUNDAY FOR DOGS. No refund, and I’m stuck $168.00 worth of worthless food. I will tell everyone from my pups day care, the vet and dog park of what a terrible experience I have had with Sunday for Dogs. Now you have been warned. Stay away from Sunday for Dogs, it’s garbage! And if I could give them a lower rating I would definitely do that!!!!!!

My older dog is very picky, has a sensitive stomach, and seems to prefer organic, high quality human grade food. I decided to try a bag of the chicken recipe with a discount, and it arrived three weeks (!) after ordering. At first my dog seemed to like it. Now it is consistently the only thing left in her bowl, and if it hadn't cost so much money I would have thrown out the rest of the bag. I have to bribe her with duck jerky or chicken liver if I want her to eat it. I couldn't figure out how to leave a review on their site (hmmm) but I wanted to share my experience; I wish I had thought to look for the reviews here!

At the time, we made the difficult decision to delay first-time orders to ensure we had enough food for the pups who are already acclimated to Sundays. We know this was a less than ideal first impression, and we’re excited to say that Sundays is back to shipping and delivery in just a few days. While your order is outside of our 14-day guarantee at this point, we’d love for Nala to give our Turkey or Beef recipes a try! Much like humans, it can take a bit of trial and error for pups to find the right match for them. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us and hope you’ll give Sundays a try in the future.

Sundays positions itself as premium brand, but seriously lacks in fulfilling the premium experience. 1. Employees provided unsafe calorie suggestions for my dog. She was currently eating 1094 calories of Ollie, which is another premium food. Sundays suggested 650 calories because it is more "nutrient-dense" than any other food. When I pushed back, I got a different calorie recommendation from each employee, meaning recommendations were not science-backed, nor were they veterinarian-backed. My dog could have starved if I had listened to them instead of ordering what OLLIE had suggested calorie-wise. 2. I was over-charged for my initial order, requiring me to contact customer service. 3. My account was set-up with two "plans" instead of one. Customer service blamed me when I contacted them. Interesting how it was my fault when I did not have access to set this up or fix it on my end as a customer. Had I not caught this plan mix-up and carried on with ordering, I would have been over-charged for each subsequent order, so I'm not entirely sure this was a mistake. 4. Delivery is unpredictable. The experience was so awful, we didn't bother fully transitioning onto this food. There are way better options out there -- Ollie is great, by the way. The food and service are both worth the $$.

Rest assured, our team takes the health and feeding of your pup extremely seriously. While we can’t speak to the nutritional guidelines of other foods, our feeding guidelines are informed by numerous factors like age, current weight, and weight goals or maintenance. This recommendation is carefully designed by our team and perfectly suits the majority of our pups, but we always encourage pet parents to use this as a starting point as you know your dog’s unique needs best. Regardless, we can imagine how frustrating this would be coupled with processing and delivery issues. We’re currently in the process of onboarding a new and improved shipping platform, and we want you to know that this will not be your typical experience with Sundays should you give us another try in the future.
