My dog used to eat casually. Now when I put his food down he eats it immediately. Scout recognizes the food bag. If I go past his feeding time he reminds me it’s time for Sunday’s. I like the satisfying smaller portions. The fact that it’s not taking room in my fridge is another plus.

I needed to make a change in my orders and had questions since I had difficulty navigating the website. The rep on the phone was extremely courteous and helpful, and I received follow-up emails ensuring that my issue had been resolved to my satisfaction. By the way, my dogs go crazy for the food!!

I had ordered 2 orders from Sundays when I was expecting to see the 3rd transaction when they instead email me saying there was an issue with my card. So I go in to update it like they ask and it doesn’t work. I noticed that it changed the expiration date on my card every time I entered it. So I contact customer support. They tell me they can’t process the order and I need to update my card. I tell them as explained I have tried updating it 10 times and it changes the information. For 2 weeks I have been emailing every day trying to get info on this problem but they only respond every 3 days or so. They left Yoda high and dry without food and showed no urgency to help me fix it. Epic fail

The food itself is great. My dogs love it. My complaint is in the customer service. On multiple occasions I have been charged twice for the same bag of food. I can’t afford to just give them $99 plus the $108.60 for the same bag of food. I’ve given up and canceled my subscription because of this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent me 2 bags of food for my 90 lb. Golden and said I should feed him 1 and 1/3 cups a day which is simply not enough for a large Golden. Even at the 1 and 1/3 cups a day the two bags of food only last 13 days and they say it will last 26 days so their calculations are totally wrong. No way will 144 oz last 26 days. And the only way to contact them is by email. Terrible company!!

Horrible customer service. A lot of gaslighting and running in circles. They continue asking for things without providing any help. Buyer beware.

This company has the worst customer service. My pup likes the dog food but it has issues. 1: It breaks apart and you lose quite a bit to crumbs and dust. 2: I have had a problem with it being moldy.. 3. The website is difficult to work with. It’s so limited that you either join and pay or move on. There is no room for any logical discussion or question. They have a chat that has never worked for me. I’m always told by a recording that due to whatever reason this week their service is not in order at this time and email them. Once you email all you get is basic letters stating they don’t know your account or you ordered twice. When you did not. Creating double charging and extra bags generated for the month. I attempted to replace my expired credit card without success. The website became jiggy and wouldn’t finish. Unfortunately I tried several times… don’t do that. According to Sundays every time I entered my credit card to pay On My One Account I generated a new order and a new account (for the same dog). In turn they sent me several bags of food and charged my card several times at $116.00 a bag. I contacted them repeatedly. Chat did not work, the phone lines pick up and inform you they are not working at this time. Emails returned to me stating a generic reply. Later I would receive emails back stating they can’t find my account. Then they found the account after I continued to email them. That email stated I have three accounts. I went back online to see what was going on and of course I only had one account. Which is now canceled. BEWARE OF THIS BOUTIQUE SCAMMER CON COMPANY!

Let me start off by saying that I love this product. My dog loves it, it has great ingredients, and I can tell it’s high quality dog food. My negative review is solely because of the customer service and how they have handled shipments. I have had issues with not receiving in time and over shipments. On multiple occasions I received a notification from my Credit card that a large purchase was made (between $200-400) that I wasn’t expecting. One time I went to change, as the window to change was supposed to still be open, but they shipped too early. I emailed Sundays, didn’t hear back, emailed again, didn’t hear back, and then emailed a THIRD time, and finally heard back after 10 days basically saying I could donate the food to a shelter and receive a 50% refund if I showed a receipt (mind you, this was their problem). After that issue I canceled my account because it’s just not worth it. Well I just got a charge of $385 after I cancelled!! I have the email from them saying I cancelled well before this shipment so I reported it as fraud to my credit card company as it clearly was not an authorized purchase. Not worth the hassle.
