Excellent customer service, professionalism, and the product, Sundays is exceptional in my dog’s eyes. Thank you for what you do, and how much you care about our furry friends.

Let’s start by addressing all the bad reviews. Anyone would be concerned about them so, each person should read them and get in touch with Sundays and go through them and make up your mind. I will talk about my experience. I heard about Sundays via someone that I believe to be a very trustworthy person. Bought the first bag to try. My Pittie loved it so I went ahead with the recommended subscription. So far so good. No problems with stools. In my case I decided on Beef and it really smells like beef. I took a look at the ingredients and how it is formulated and liked what I read. Had questions about the subscription and had a very fluent exchange with the CSR. They were very helpful. Again, talk to them and see how you feel about the experience and then decide how to move forward.

I received excellent service and my shipment has arrived. It arrived on Wednesday and was just ordered late Friday evening. My dogs are eating from the partial bag I was given. Their amounts based on age and weight is much less that the store brands I’ve been giving them. Much less poops and not smelly. My dogs (4) can’t wait for feeding time! They are very content and clean their bowls. Thank you and I just pray as a 72 year old widow, that I can continue to improve my dogs’ health and happiness. I’m so sorry my friend that gave me the partial bag had to lose her dog, but I’m thankful I was able to discover this great food. Thank you for your assistance and for a wonderful food for my fur babies". My fur babies are the happiest and most content I’ve seen them ever! Bindi my 1 year old Australian Shepherd doesn’t pick fights with Renfrow my chihuahua, Lili my Shih Tzu or Boo my Shichon anymore. It was difficult finding a food to satisfy them all and that is so good for all of them, but I found it in Sundays!!! 😊

My dog loves it! No mess and good ingredients. Also, customer service has been great.

My service dog Millie has been on this food once a day (the other meal is raw) and has done amazingly well. It makes it very convenient to travel easily when feeding her raw is not possible. Customer service responds very quickly to emails and i enjoy the follow up. Thank you!

The food is really good food and my dogs love it. I’ve recommended Sundays to friends and they have seen vast improvements to their dog’s health. My only reason for not giving them five stars are due to the following things: 1. The recommended amount they suggest for our pets seem to be vastly low as our dogs starting losing too much weight so we had to up the daily amount by a lot. The suggestion was 1/8 of a cup twice a day and we give our dogs at least 50 grams per day. 2. The cost is definitely high even though the food is good food. I’m willing pay the amount, but I do wish there was better discounts for subscriptions or loyal customers. 3. I’ve had issues with their website and with my subscription a few times. Customer service is always prompt, helpful and very apologetic however I wish I didn’t have so many issues with my subscription to where I have to monitor the website as we get close to reorder.
