Our Co-founder and Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Tory Waxman started Sundays as a solution to her own everyday problem: She couldn't find a dog food that was as nutritious and fresh as home-cooked meals and as convenient as dry food. And that’s how Sundays, the first fresh, air-dried food of its kind, was born. Our mission is to make it easier to be an awesome dog parent. We take the headache out of fresh food, making a nutritious and affordable solution that does require a fridge or freezer like leading raw and frozen brands. Sundays has the cleanest ingredients around; is 100% human grade; and has a Customer Care Pack who love dogs as much as you do, and are available every day for you and your pup!

The product was OK. I was signed up for a subscription which I didn't realize. The first order came and it was three SMALL bags of food for $286.82. They would not stop or cancel the order and then they would not take a return. They told me to donate to a shelter. Their pricing and practices are deceptive. BEWARE!

Hi Madeline! We're so sorry to hear you didn't love your Sundays experience. We send an email 48 hours ahead of every order in case you need to skip or pause your account. In this case, your subscription was not canceled until after your pup's second order went through. We apologize for any confusion on our money-back guarantee—this is valid for first orders only!

Food is great. Delivery is in need of attention

After the trial the next order was delayed and when bags started arriving they began hitting my credit card for $135 a week when the subscription read every 3 weeks. Then email correspondence said I should hace cancelled it that no refund could be issued and just donate the extra bag if I didn’t need it. Like what? I need my money back $135 is a lot right now. There is poor customer service and was only able to reach them by text after which I was ignored when I expressed my issue. Going back to Ollie.

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience. It sounds like the delivery delay may have affected the timing of your upcoming orders—this is certainly not the norm. If you're open to giving us a second chance, we'd look to take another look at this and provide a better resolution. You're welcome to reach back out via text at (706) 786-3297, and we'll make sure to get you connected to someone ASAP.

I purchased 72 oz 2 week trial. I am just finishing up the transition phase. I still have quite a bit of food left. Do not know at this time how long it will last me. I will not be giving my girl, Sheba, the recommended amount due to providing her with other food also. The cost of the food for every 5 weeks seems high for me at the moment. I have to wait and see how long the bag lasts. I would like to continue with this food, I just need time. Sheba likes it, though. She usually likes most anything, even Brussels sprouts.

Josh loves your food. Turnaround time between order placed and delivery has improved but could still be faster.

It looked and smelled great. But my dog just won't eat it. At first we got the chicken and when she wouldn't eat that we got the beef. She didn't want that either. I'm so sorry.
