To redeem your points, simply visit our website and log in to your account. On the bottom left of the screen, you'll find the "Rewards" pop-up icon. Click on it, then select "Ways to Redeem" to view the qualifying discounts available. Once you've redeemed your points, you'll receive a discount code that you can apply to your next purchase. Don't forget, you can also take advantage of our Black Friday 15% discount on all products, available through the end of November 2024!

I never received my lights and I was…
I never received my lights and I was supposed to have a credit back and still have not received confirmation on that order.

Hello, we notified you the day of your order that the items were out of stock and on back order until further notice and you opted in for keeping the order in back order and to have them shipped once back in stock. They are still out of stock as we are waiting on port issues. If you would like to cancel and refund the order then we can do that as well. Please email us and let us know how you would like to move forward. Thank you!
