I ordered a psp with upgraded ips screen an the very day i ordered i also requested a Cancellation through 3 different emails i even spoke with the automated service on the website and they never helped me to cancel mind you it took almost 2 months to fill the order it couldve been cancelled

When I finally received the product - it is great. looks good. Works good. Exceeds expectations. That being said. Communication through the purchase and shipping process was terrible. Long response times. Unreasonably long wait time and unusable tracking information. After opening a support ticket with paypal for a refund a received my item. Months later.

I'm still having problems trying to play games and it goes nutty half the time I have to restart it and wait and restart It again to get it to work

I ordered a controller off their website for 200$ back on 4/29/25 and as of 6/4/25 it hasn’t even been put out of production, I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions to no avail and lately haven’t even gotten a response. Customer service is no help whatsoever as all they tell you is “your order will be shipped out shortly, sorry for the delay”
