It is NOT breathable! There were no instructions for wear or care included. Ads are deceiving when it comes to shipping and leads you to believe you will have product in 3 to 6 days, which is not the case. It does seem to provide some relief with walking and stairs.

Waste of money ,did nothing to help with my knee problem,took ages to arrive 👎🏻
