I received the so called STRYDE. Unfortunately this is A FAKE PRODUCT. I do not need your product please send me my Money back and take your fake product back. The sad thing is this fake company is spoiling the original company 's name. I really hope this fake company would be found.

Scam, they dont honour 60 day money back guarantee, just ignore emails. Only fit small knees

Complete crap. Poorly made, overpriced, ineffective. Do not buy this item, took me £29.00 to find out that I was a sucker

Bought this product. And worn it once. Haddock an allergic reaction to the metal. Have sent several emails. However there best suggest was we will give you 50% refund and give to producer away. My response was no I would never knowing give away a produce that could possibly cause harm. So asked for 100 % refund happy to return the product for them to test and perhaps correct. No response. Do not buy this product. No instructions doubt it works. Very disappointed

Order took nearly two weeks to arrive. Cheap knock off versions it appears. Contact the customer service and they dont respond. Stay clear

How do I return? After speaking to my physiotherapist they say this product will cause more damage than good and reading reviews here it verifies this fact. Have emailed about rerun. No paperwork with package - I haven’t opened the inner package what do I do?

My order has been delivered 180 miles away from where I live. Customer service are ignoring my emails. Don't buy, they come from China not the UK. You can get them off Ebay for £5 or less.
