Terrible customer service. I was hung up on by Amy on the phone when trying to cancel my policy. They scammed me into starting the policy in the first place and then were giving me attitude when trying to cancel.

This company is a complete scam. They called and said that I could enroll our home into their insurance plan for a trial period of 30 days, and that if we decided to cancel within that 30 days that we would get our entire intitial payment back. My husband and I discussed the plan the next day and decided to cancel. I have since called the company 3 times (all within the 30 day window) to cancel and keep being told that they need to have a supervisor to cancel the policy and that none are available. I said that I would happily wait on-hold and was told that wasn't an option, but that I would be called within 24 hours. During one of my phone-calls they told me that they had tried to call me and cancel but that I didn't answer and also didn't have a voicemail set up, neither of which are true. When I expressed my frusterations with the individual on the phone they became very rude and informed me that I'm "not their only customer". If this is how they treat people just trying to cancel (that they promised would be so easy to do), I can only imagine how difficult they are if anyone ever files an actual claim. I hope this company sinks and goes out of business because despite what they claim, their company has nothing to do with integrity....

Called once said name was "Integrity protection group". Nothing showed up on google and I told the guy and he hung up on me. Called right back and got someone else who said their name was "Streamline protection group". He was not happy I was asking questions. I asked why they mailed me a fake "Final Notice" and fake check made out to me and he tried to sell me a warranty. Deceptive and annoying marketing at best, scam company at worst. No reason to do business with them.
