Julie is a fantastic coach and I am so happy with the results of our sessions. She helped me clarified my ideas, put them on paper and create a plan to follow. She’s a great listener, empathetic and experienced! I really enjoyed my experience with her.

The entire process from intake to completion was smooth and stress-free. The coach with whom I was matched was perfect for me and helped me grow in ways even I doubted at times that I could. I have achieved my goals within a short time and have come away with valuable insight as to how I can maintain my progress and effectively deal with those inevitable times at which I falter. Moreover, I have been reminded that I am human, not a machine, and that - just as I remind my clients to - I need to go easy on myself during those challenging times.

I'll be honest, I was skeptical. I'd tried online coaching before and it didn't deliver, so when this kept showing up in my feed I almost scrolled past it. But a $40 weekly trial felt low-risk enough to try, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. I was paired with Coach Kamaria S., and in just 3 sessions she's helped me work through the fears keeping me stuck and come back to myself. I wouldn't go back.
