I just opened my account, and today, when trying to log in, I see that my account has been disabled. I don’t understand why. I need help regaining access to my account, but there is no email address provided to contact you.

Banned me and said I would get a refund for $2125, never got it and they won't respond to my emails. Stay far away!

Update: now I have 2 recently redemption processing messages for a600 dollars redemption and 118 dollars redemption but still waiting to say completed and sent to bank. I had to play through 700 dollars for the 25i put on. I got 40sc for 20 dollars and 5sc for 4.99. That 35x play through is ridiculous 😒. Your own deposits are subject to 35x play through called bonus sc. So we'll see how long this redemption take. Your deposit are subject to play through. I deposited 20 dollars got 40sc but my play through was 35x . So i put money on there 20 dollars, that 20 dollars got me 40sc but that 40sc has to be played through 35 times. That's 4,000 I would have to win and have in my balance to redeem. The first day signing up i won but after tipping up nope your play through might be 40x 60x etc they say it could change any day and you only have a month to either win or forfeit the money. I'm seeking a refund on up 200 dollars but have to make up another 3,000 plus dollars play through even though I deposited they pay but it's ffraud

Very impressed overall Started off shaky with my account being mistakenly disabled when trying to redeem but customer service corrected everything for me and I was able to redeem successfully and it hit my debit card within a few hours. They even added 50 sc for my troubles. Just wish they had 3 oaks plus more Playson.
