Store Supply was great-I have ordered from them multiple times in the past, and they have never let me down!

Production time for costume bags takes way to long ! It should be 7-14 business days max for production. It’s been nearly a month and I still haven’t got my bags yet . Maybe they should consider hiring more staff or increasing capacity for production so it’s more time efficient for costumers .

Items delivered as expected and quickly.

I order custom bags and this service takes 4 to 6 weeks. That's the biggest downfall playing the waiting game. Once I receive them the bags are usually good quality every order I get at least 10 or so that are not usable.

Didn’t even receive the screws for my corner display. My order was shipped in different pieces in which came three weeks apart from each other.

While my original order was reported lost by the shipping company, Store Supply Warehouse immediately arranged for another shipment to be sent which was received very quickly. I really appreciated the customer service I received and how quickly the issue was resolved.
