I just wanted to say, these guys have amazing customer service and I’m grateful I got a wheel from them 🙏. Yeah, I wish the magnesium handle didn’t break in 3 places, but it was hard hit, and I’ve heard the newer inmotion eucs are even more durable. When my friends like my wheel and are looking to get one, I’ll definitely send them your way! V11y from the service center is such a good deal

I bought a v11y and it s incredibly fun. I bought it used from inmotion and it was in great shape and for a good price. The pump was missing but they sent me one very quickly, it's easy and quick to get in contact with someone

Update 30 September: The manufacturer stepped in to correct the issue, bypassing the local distributor in F. Great service team in the US i have to admit! Thank you so much for solving the issue, and arranging a shipment of the defective part. Thank you inmotion US/Global —————————— Defective electric unicycle received (connectivity / Cloud Box issue). The 3G/4G/5G access has never worked, and I contacted the manufacturer's support service immediately. After a month of exchanging photos, videos, emails, and other information, the technical support team confirmed that it is a hardware issue and has now advised me to contact the support service in France through its distributor (inmotion-france.fr>, NewWalkings). The distributor, who claims to have no connection whatsoever with Inmotion Global (!!), is asking me to return the wheel at my own expense (around €100, I would imagine). I will spare you the details of the arrogant and aggressive tone used in the customer service email. This is completely unacceptable and represents a zero-rated level of customer service in 2026. I do not understand in what world I should be expected to incur costs for a product that was defective straight out of the box. In short, the French distributor's service is appalling. I should have chosen a Kingsong or a Neosfet instead. —————-
