Had an issue where the pen stylus was misaligning in certain software and Evence quickly helped in resolving the matter. Super happy with my Huion Kamvas 16" - especially like the the portability of it.

Jane was eloquent, timely and incredibly reasonable in the circumstances that had taken place and allieviating the anxiety of the situation. My tablet was replaced promptly thanks to their decision to utilize a local warehouse for my replacement. Very happy with the service. Tablet works great, too!

I bought a huion kamvas pro 12, the cable it shipped with didn't work, which sucked but the support team was super great and shipped me a new cable with little to no hassle! Shout out to Derek for putting up with my questions and responding in a professional manner! Overall bummed out it shipped with a bad cable (These things happen) but 10/10 support and I will definitely be buying from huion again!

Their customer service and technical team guided me well to settle down my display tablet problems. Although at first it quite confusing since I’ve never handle this kind of product, their sharpness in detecting my problem through the video that I send helped me well. Thank you so much!

Jane from the support team and the technical department provided me with a custom driver for a specific edge-case use of my tablet. Couldn't be more happy about it, they went beyond what I expected from a customer support
