Horrible experience. Ordered 3 months ago and order still hasn’t come. If I could rate this a zero I would. Will never shop again, hate the service soo soo much 🤬 absolutely hate this more than anything

I would also give zero stars if I could. I placed order in March and have not received item or any information on what the delay is. I will never order from again.

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered 3 items in March. They have not arrived. Customer service says they were shipped the 2nd week of April. It doesnt take that long to ship. I will never use this site again.

I love billie to my core. Getting blohsh merch was the next step I took just after starting a fan account. I have multiple items now and they all arrived quickly and when I did have a problem once, customer service was very helpful in solving the issue. much love bil 💚
