Tammy was great about understanding my needs, and being accommodating and flexible on figuring out which unit would work best for me. The rates here are far better than the place up the street, and the units are secure and well cared for. Very happy with the service and product. :)

Unit is clean and well maintained. Great security. Friendliest in town - the manager brought us bottled water and checked on us as we were unloading our truck in 90 degree weather! Climate controlled. Wonderful rates - great value.

Storage had roaches

Good Morning - First and foremost we would like to sincerely apologize for any problems you encountered at our facility. We take a great deal of pride in maintaining a clean, safe and pest free facility and take measures to assist with this. Although we have a monthly preventative maintenance of pest control we do not have control over items brought into storage by our customers. We always give attention to eradicate problems that present themselves and will certainly take any needed steps to do just that with your space. Please let us know when it would be convenient to bring in your key and we will coordinate with our pest control service to treat your space promptly. Again, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for any problems this has caused.

Well I'm rating 5 stars as of only having the storage for about a week, the people are so nice, it's cost efficient I have a 5 * 15 storage for my college stuff and it only costs right around $59 a month. It comes with a little light on the inside. Only thing thy isn't convienent is the fact that gates close at 10pm should be 24hours if you have your gate code.

Good overall. Covered entry and drive access could be bigger and more easily accessible. A little awkward and not much room.
