My stethoscope was lost in shipping. When I contacted he company they sent out another product with no hassles at all. A company that takes ownership so fast of the problem is a good company.

I just received my stethoscope and loved the color. The engraving is sooo small you need a magnifying glass to see it, not worth the cost. Now I still have to find a way to have it marked properly, very disappointed.

The master classic 2 I purchased is awesome. I got the Orange tube and it works very well. I've used it on dogs, cats, rats,and also my siblings. I'm a senior pre-vet student and this is my first stethoscope. It is easy to use and effective for every day clinical use. I live in Hawaii and the shipping only took three days. Im very impressed.
