Bought the Litmann 3100, and this was the best price online and the shipping was FAST! Just note you have to be home to sign for the package-this was a surprise to me.

I bought a stethoscope and paid for an engraving, when it came in the mail no engraving. They were supposed to refund Me my money back and never did and now won't accept my calls.

I was shocked that I got this on Monday when I'd just ordered it on Friday! It was even engraved! I retired my Cardiology III after using it for 15 years. I got the Master Cardiology & I can hear a lot better--perfect for my aging ears. Great product & great service at a great price.

I screwed up the address part of the order, they called me the next business day to get it straightened out. Love my stethoscope.

I had a broken rim on my Master cardiology stethoscope. I was afraid I was going to have to replace it, an expense I did not want. I was happy to find I could get Littmann parts. Unfortunately I did not know what stethoscope model I had and misordered parts for a Master Classic . I kept the parts since I have one of those as well. They arrived in a timely manner and an inexpensive fix to keep my job tool in good working order. I would use this company again if needed.

I ordered the littman master cardiology stethoscope, it was delivered 2 days earlier than scheduled. It came in a well cushioned box. I am very happy with it, superior to the littman lll by far. It is definitely worth the extra money.
