Everything was great! Shipping was fast, engraving is perfect. I gave 4 stars only because I ordered “plum” and the photos online looked brighter and more pinkish-purple, but the real stethoscope is a deep purple. It is still very cute, though!

I called customer service because I hadn’t received the email confirmation for my order. The woman who answered was no helpful to me and stayed on until I knew that my order was sent and received. The stethoscope came in just 2 days, in time for my daughter’s graduation. It was more affordable than Amazon and engraved!

The customer service and shipping was amazing. Had a small bump in the road but the rep Noel handled my concerns and everything promptly. Recommend 100%
