I called because the link on my email wasn't working, first time I called they hung up on me, second time I called they had me on hold for thirty minutes to just tell me to try my computer, third time they finally decided to tell me the website wasn't working in general. It was a great experience :)

The customer service representative (the developer) was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only recommendation to the developer team is to add a feature that will give applicants the option to review and update their information before the background check procedure begins, even if it is a day or five days prior to the process. The process duration should also be shorter than 30 days to allow applicants and client a quick hiring process.
