This company literally spoilt my career. Their background checks are incomplete and they don't provide the right information about the people they check. Useless. absolutely useless.

Amazing employees that answered all questions I had. Couldn’t have been easier.

Very helpful with several question I had about my Background check. Explained everything and made it easy to understand and what was needed.

The company was, for some reason, unable to match my name to my SSN. I followed the guidelines, put the dashes, made sure everything was correct, and was still denied from the check 4 times in a row until I was locked out of my account for which I needed verification. Now I need to do a bunch of extra steps, such as faxing a picture of my SS card and calling customer service to get my account back, in order to fix the mistake Sterling made. I am extremely disappointed and underwhelmed with this experience. I have never in my life had an issue with my SSN until now. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all in the future.

The Sterling agent stayed on the phone with me and helped me get registered and was able to answer all my questions. Everything was simple and easy
