Your representative was nice but the connection was terrible. Call disconnected, couldn't half hear or understand the rep.

Well, yesterday I contacted Sterling and I was left on hold for an hour before I was disconnected and when I called back the office was closed for the day. Today, the staff was more professional. They connected me with a representative and provided me with an extension in case I got disconnected. Very professional. I was provided with specific information on how to complete the assigned task. The upload page for employment verification doesn’t work, as it won’t upload your attachments when you press the submit button. Maybe the file is too large, but there isn’t a message that indicates a file size restriction on that page.

In a request for more information the submission process was smooth and easy. Good experience so far.
