Agent was great, very helpful. They need to improve their telephone system call quality and reliability though.

Although the representatives were nice enough (2 separate calls), there was too much background noise in one of the calls (screaming kid) which made hearing her difficult. And in the second call, the representative was no help whatsoever. None. I think she could have been more helpful with suggestions on how to fix my problem, instead of just stating I *had* a problem.
