The process was thorough and detailed. One issue was that the background check was time-consuming with specific information required of EXACT move in/move out dates for places of residence. Suggestion: Please use month & year only. I would like to suggest: * Give a timeframe... ie. Places lived for past 15 years * Provide for entering only month & year of move in & move out dates. If one has moved several times and rented and purchased, it's very difficult to track exact dates.

The Sterling customer support representative quickly redirected me to the appropriate personnel to address my issues..

The representative was very informative. However, it's been over a week since my background check was done and still not reported to the company
