I wasn't clearly asked for all information needed to complete my background check. While this may have been due to outside factors, I was contacted multiple times for additional information but wasn't ever given the appropriate area to fill this information out. It took two weeks to complete my background check when, on average, it takes 3-5 days. Their customer service was really great when I called, but the fact I had to call so many times and my employer had to chase down information just isn't efficient when you need to get through this process quickly.

I was so pleased that the completion of the process was quite easy and very straight forward. As an aging member of the work force it can be very daunting completing these types of requests online, but I found the whole process very stress free. thank you
