Sterling is great

Although I do not use this service very often (we are a small recruiting firm, primarily using checks for our hiring firm clients) it is always a pleasure. Efficient, well-designed, easy to understand UI and excellent technical/product support. The Contact Center agents are very professional: well-trained, know their products, and have always patiently walked me through an issue I have. And the issues are usually user-related (ie me) rather than the platform itself. The checks happen quickly, great experience for candidates, HR and hiring managers. A great service and a great value.
