Really felt like challenging my background and previous work experience instead of collaborating to confirm my previous work experience. They also could not get in contact with my previous work's HR, when when i contacted HR, no one had called them. Emails and other things made it seem like Sterling didn't believe that I had entered correct work experience which really leaves a sour taste in the mouth of candidates who worked hard to get a new job.
