Product wasn’t to bad, although haven’t found it’s helped my feet walking around on concrete all day at work. Customer service was good they sent me out another pair plus heel cushions, I’ve found putting both pairs in my boots at same time is slightly better. Overall haven’t helped a lot but still the best insoles on the market I have found so far.

Slow delivery. Insoles are comfortable but too thin to help plantar fasciitis and heel too flat. Hoping to return as didn't work as claimed. Also suspect negative comments on Facebook are deleted.

Really comfortable, replaced my Sketchers insoles for these. Last a long time. Ordered more.

These come from China so don’t expect them to arrive any time soon. Hoping I don’t have to return them for any reason. On previous experience with products from that country expensive to return and refund is like getting blood out of a stone. Had I known where they come from I would not have ordered them. If retailers want to sell things made in China they should import them to the UK then sell to UK customers.

Tried them. A bit meh. They advertise on Instagram (often a bad sign on my experience) and, after various discount codes etc you can get a pair for about £15. Their website says "not sold on Amazon" but they are - at £9 with free delivery. Enough red flags to avoid them I'd say.
